If I test with a server that's also in Toronto, I get a 10ms ping, yet if I test it on a server in Hamilton which is what I did I get a 0ms ping; go figure.

Yeah, I have basic high speed internet, they also have the gayest quotas there is.

Mine is 10MB down and 1MB up, but these things are way off the actual speed varies A LOT. I <3 my connection though XD.
