After that you can just browse different sites for themes and crap.

Use StyleXP if you want to keep the XP layout and change themes. Use shit like shells if you want to change the whole thing, like no more icons on your desktop (basically if you want to sacrifice handiness for looks).

Or you can use windowblinds. This program let's you fully customize your desktop.

any recommended shells? or whatever there called.
