blue cube can be obtained as one of the quest rewards from that npc with glasses at the bottom portion of the map. Hes that scientist looking dude~ its a repeatable quest for...I believe Lugaru claws or Tau horns....not sure which one...if the link doesn't contain that info, ask other people. :3
