I'd upgrade the ram (buy 2x1gb or 1 2gb stick, I doubt the mobo can handle more) and graphics card for sure.
If you have some money left a bigger hdd.
If you want to play games on this... you'd be better off buying a new pc.

I really dont think you should try upgrading the vid card.
I did some research and found the ibm pc, only to see that it doesnt even carry a single pci-e slot, but instead, pci and agp slots. (Just proves its age lol)
You could upgrade teh ram, but imo, its not really worth it, save the money, try to sell the pc, and try to buy/build a new one on the cheap... youd be much better off
What the guy above me said. With newer parts like USB 3.0 and DirectX 11 coming out, upgrading tech from a few generation ago isn't really worth it if you don't have an income.
