Story:Luna Online is a story about a fantasy world that goes by many names - Luna, Land of Blue, The Floating Stone, etc. They're all expressive of an adorable land where demons and monsters have taken over normal creatures and made them evil. It's the players' ultimate goal to help rid the land of this iniquity, which is greater than anything ever before seen. It can't be defeated by a single person.
GamePlay: The Gameplay is very simple, Kill monsters do quests and craft items. The quests range from anything to killing mobs, chipping away a piece of rock or just delivering an item to someone. By doing quests you will get various rewards, potions, armour and weapons etc.
Item Advancement: In Luna Online you will have the ability to craft items, reinforce your items to make them stronger or enchant your items for added bonuses. When you start out in the game you will start with the ability to Enchant, Reinforce and Craft Items.
Fishing: In the game you will have the ability to learn to fish. To start this you will need a fishing pole and some bait. Once you have obtained that you can go to any of three fishing holes that are identified in the water Swirling, Luminous and Peaceful. When you have gathered enough fish you can exhange your fish for fishing points which allow you to spend them for various items including headwear.
Community:The Game incorporates traditional community methods such as Partys and Guilds. But the game also introduces two new features of which are Familys and Dating. To make a family you must visit an npc in alker harbour, you will then be required to register your family name and from then you will be able to invite family members. To start dating you will have to become a resident, once you have done that you will be required to fill out a resident card and choose from a like and a dislike, once you have done that you will be able to start dating.
Those sections arnt visited regularly, and also the purpose of this is to inform people who might want to try the game.

I would still be playing this game but every quest you do, you gotta walk, walk and walk which really killed the mood to grind.
Then you havent learned. Keep your mats to create teleport scrolls and use those. Its how you fast travel in this game and its not hard to craft scrolls.
You also have many things that speed up movement. Your flyer gear, gems that increase speed, and most of the classes has buffs to increase speed (self and targeting buffs).
Overall, this is one of the best F2P MMORPGs out right now. Easy leveling, not really CS dependent, decent drops rate, great character development system, lots of decent skills, and lots of various gear (not just one set of gear for this level and that).
Seriously, if you dont play a game due to the graphic style of the game (kiddie toons and graphics), then you fail. You are nothing more than a superficial gamer who looks at the looks to attract you to it. Hmmm, sounds like those children who want to date the hot chick to just date a hot chick... just plain ******ed.

How very stereotypical of you.
The title lies, I like some anime but I hated this game...and pretty much all the "cutesy" anime games that have come along.

Well its the truth.
I Also like animes and also hated all the cutesy games.
Why do you think that barbie ad is like "Barbie Barbie, she is so cute, she is so
pink, be cute with your cute friends, be the prettier of them all"
and hot wheels ad is:
"Hot wheels! So Amuzing! So Cool! OMYGOD, LETS RACE AND SLASH INTO THE WALL".
Do you think barbie would sell if they ad her as a radical doll to smash into de wall?
Do you think hot wheels would sell if they ad it as a fashion car, to dress it with different colours, with flowers, and be cute?
Dont think so.

Luna is a good game. If you don't like the style don't play it but you will be missing out on a really fun game.

I played with barbies a LOT when I was younger, and I still have my bits and pieces, proves your "theory" wrong.
And yes, they would still sell, it just wouldn't interest the same people who liked it the other way obviously.
I just realized what luna is, what a sick sick game >_>

I wouldn't call this game for kids.......Some of the art is..........very revealing. At the patcher screen I remember there was a picture of a elf with a top that was falling off. Another one had 2 girls kissing.

Haven't you heard? Parents are too lazy to teach their kids about this stuff so they let games do it! The more lesbians the more happy, unless the whole population goes over : (

I did really enjoy this game, the class system they had was sweet. I stopped at level 41, not sure if I'd go back considering the games coming out.

I agree. I had fun while I played too. One day I just stopped though. I can always find a reason to not play a game. And for this one it took the main town server going down. I might play again later though but with DNF coming who knows when that will be.
I think my character was overpowered though. First time I nailed a build on my first try. I could just stab a monster once and move on to the next while it died. Auto loot made killing even faster. Some nice ideas in the game now that I think about it. Quest were pretty far apart so you had to often run across the whole map a bunch of times before moving to the next area.

I dont get why ppl make it a must for f2p games to have indepth character customization. and i dont get why ppl list a indepth customization feature as aion's top selling point. hmn.
