nope, i just live in any normal neighborhood, the weathers okay most of the time. as for sleep, i try to get atleast a minimum of 8 hours a sleep a day! due to the fact that my body needs rest after training, and it's time for my muscle fibers to grow :oQuote:

best way to put more definition in abs is to lower bodyfat %, riding a unicycle, umm that's good if it's considered cardio for you, just keep bodyfat% low by doing cardio (jogging,sports,etc) and don't waste your time doing 100 situps a day, doing 3 sets of 20 is enough and do them right.Quote:
