How do you know when you have one?
Well, you should have gotten a PM saying you got one. If not, check your CP, it must be there. If not, doesn't it appear below your reputation? Something like 0/1 (1).
I asked someone when I was a member and they said your User CP like where your rep is.?
You don't anyway which is prolly why.
