I don't know about the hologram, but I wouldn't be suprised to see something more like this actually happen in the gaming industry. The technology is literally already there, as this guy demonstrates, it just needs the software. Similar concept to that above.

Wow. That is pretty amazing. Although the Hologram would be better if it was actually in 'thin air'. But that will come. :)
Also, the Head Tracking looks amazing. I could see how that could make gaming very fun. Although not for many hardcore gamers as they'd rather play games with a controller as you won't get tired that way.
