So I used my mom's phone to buy something over the internet (it was a ringtone service, but I cancelled it right after; it was for a survey) and I'm wondering if it will show up on the bill. It says $9.99 a month and I'm wondering if it shows up IMMEDIATELY onto the bill or would I have to use the service for one whole month for it to count.

Yeah it'll most likely show. Its how they make "more" money off of you, without you knowing of course. And you end up with a bill thats sky high.
