I'm pretty sure Riviera: The Promised Land was ported to the PSP some time ago.
I don't know if you you played it back on the GBA, but if you haven't, I'd recommend you try it out.
Also Disgaea 2 has been (or is planned to be) ported to the PSP.
try Final Fantasy Tactics and Jean D'Arc, same as Disgaea
and also Generation of Chaos and Neverland Card Battles is you want a new kind of strategy rpgs
