Are there any good foreign games?

Are there any good foreign games out right now that I could start playing with little trouble (AKA needing a KSSN, IP block, etc)?

bleh :p only good English game I ever found was waaayyyy back in the day, and that was RS, before they took out the wilderness, now all the good games start out in Korea, and maybe make there way here, at about 3-4- years late >.<
