Lol you dont have to block a punch just holding your block up and keeping your chin tucked. Im pretty sure you watch mike tyson boxing video or majority of boxing videos youll see how.But u should keep your block little higher then most boxers. I'd say keep your knuckles alittle above your temple to get more shoulder workout.
well i might not be saying that workout right calling it leg lifts. But its for your bottom abs and its very mean workout for them.
