Modern Warfare 2 went from being my must buy to my must pirate.

I paided 54$ for Dragon Age with about 60 hours of single player content. MW2 costs 59 and has roughly 6.

As a console gamer I find nothing wrong with what MW2 will have. I don't need mods or anything to amplify my gaming experience.

I never had the luxury of what P.C gamers has had with MW1 but it will still a fun and long lasting game no matter what.

I feel MW2 will be well worth the $55.

Modern Warfare 2 is 59$, even as a Digital Download it is 59$.

You admit that you are a console gamer. You being a console gamer allowed you to have a long lasting enjoyable game with CoD4 for the consoles. We are PC gamers, and dedicated servers and mods are part of the PC online FPS experience. If I wanted to a console experience I would own a 360.

For the mod aspect, the game is still excellent on the consoles without mods, why shouldn't it be excellent on the PC as well?

I'm not understanding that... will people have to buy their own dedicated server to play the game? or turn their computer into one? Or will they be able to run the game from their PC and just join a game like the console people will?

No dedicated servers, they're doing a direct console port meaning they're using a crappy matchmaking system and peer-to-peer networking. It's the end of clans on COD, my clan now has to stick with cod4 and cod5 XO
Basically noone can host their own servers or join games they want, you HAVE to use their matchmaking system and get put into a random game.

Wow, this makes MW2 extremely unattractive, what about the Halo 3 system wasn't it like this?
