It all comes down to the parents and community actually taking care of the children.
If you are a parent you should know what your child is playing. And if you see a child you know playing an obvious mature game then you should inform the parents to see if they accept that.

Honestly about a week ago i thought console FPSs were ******ed. Then I got MW2 on the ps3 and.. in all truthfulness they're about even. yeah PC has more maneuverability but there's something about having the controller there that just makes it fun (:
