Case example:
Prostitution is illegal in Iraq. If someone gets picked up as a prostitute on the streets, she will find herself in abu graib.
There won't be any reports and the woman will be back on the street within 12 hours. The rest is left to your imagination.

Also, it's FORCED intercourse, right? On that note, you have to look at initiation.

If a woman is forced to the ground and forced into sex, is it **** even if she doesn't try to stop the guy? Arguable, but I'd say yes, because he forced her down.

If you and a girl are getting hot and heavy, you decide you wanna take it further and she doesn't stop you; it isn't ****. She could be laying there hating it in that instance, but if she doesn't express that or try to stop you, I'd say it's not ****. Some girls have tried to use that argument: "I was too scared to say anything.". It shouldn't be accepted. You should know you did all you could.

This is, of course, speaking about adults or young people old enough to know what **** is. Not children of drastically young age.

Additionally, you have to bring into question just how far you go with consent. I always found it absolutely ludicrous that a girl can give a guy consent, but a court can come in and say: "She was too young/underaged, she didn't know what she was doing.". All despite her knowing what sex is and what **** is.

Whether or not a woman is scared, she should always bear in mind that not speaking up just makes things harder and makes it more difficult to prosecute the scumbag. If you are being forced, you should always do everything you can to stop it. Never give consent if you don't want to, either. Although, women can lie about giving consent and men can lie about receiving it.

It's a very difficult crime to deal with.
