i thought everyone already knew about pangea, i thought everyone already knew all the continents used to fit together and thats how man managed to wander into america thousands of years ago.

i dont get what his point is. the earth used to be smaller than it is now?

Science is the exact opposite of religion. Religion you start with your answer and make the data fit it, Science you start with the data and make the answer fit that.

Science has produced the myriad of technological wonders we have today that let us live in the lap of luxury. It isn't true because it's in a book, it's true because you can repeat the expiriments and get the same results.
