I have to say bleach has a horrible problem with fillers seeing as the main story stopped like 50? episodes ago?
One peice had that problem and its slowly starting to comeback. Narutos filler are more of flashbacks.

Yeah, bleach fillers are pretty crappy. Some of them started out pretty good, then it just got worse as it went on. I thought the newer filler the zanpaktou one was alright at first, but it just turned out terrible IMO. Though that boob buckets filler was awesome.
D. Gray man, has some pretty crappy fillers too. Think the majority of the show was fillers though.
