Going to build a new computer, my first attempt.

Okay guys, after having a massive number of problems with my current computer, I've decided that I'm going to just build a new gaming computer. I use that term rather freely, as I mostly just plan on buying a new motherboard and going from there, using parts from this computer as much as I can (I can spend $300 or so in all, but I'd really rather not spend more than $100 on a motherboard if that's possible.).

My current computer's motherboard is an: Asus A8M2N-LA (NodusM) (3 PCI, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)

A budget is not "I'm short on money", a budget is a number ending with a $ sign.
Knowing yours would make things easier.

That actually does look like a good set, thanks. I don't know if I'll get it though since I'm not entirely sure what all I need at this point.

If you replace your MoBo, you'll need another XP key.
