Google didn't yield much information, but it did though.
One being the connection being terminated, aka firewall blocks it. Check the windows firewall too as it likes to mess around with things as well. (I would turn it off completely as it doesn't do anything else than blocking my win updates from installing...)
The other being a 'fix'. The person who asked for it didn't reply on it, so I cannot tell if it works.
Delete your shortcut on your desktop and remake a shortcut from the 'load.exe' file in your wonderking folder.
I have my doubts this will work though.
