I started learning Japanese....
One day I just needed a break from the what I consider pretty much useless languages (read: learning a certain language because the chauvinists don't want to) in my school, so I picked one I'd like to learn.
I unlearned everything I learned in high school.

Dunno why people want to learn Japanese. Japan isn't the magical funland you heard about from the 35 year old guy with a ponytail WITH soup in his beard and coca cola bottom prescription glasses.
Odds are he hasn't moved away from the basement, much less travel.
Anyway, impulsive... I gotta say take up playing the guitar. 2010 started and I was like "Hm, i'm going to learn to play guitar this year". And ta da!
