All I can think of at the moment. My girlfriends car doesn't have a CD player in it...so when we are riding around, all we usually have is the radio. I've come to appreciate the aforementioned bands...because there is NOTHING GOOD on the ****ing radio. They aren't my favorites at home by any measure...but I at least enjoy it when they play in the car. Actually, I get excited that its something decent.
King Crimson are hardly popular.
No one has mentioned The Smashing Pumpkins so far.
