If you are really interested on this subject use google and do your own research. Try searching for cold showers being bad, you'll find nothing. Then try hot showers and see the mixed reviews.

The water coming from your shower is filtered at least ten times before hitting your body, there is very little chemicals in it. In fact, the water coming out of your showerhead is essentially your drinking water because it all comes from the same source. So by your logic, everyone would be dead by now. :hmm:

And your body has a natural filter system for airborne toxins, they're called bronchi. Molecules too big to fit into the bronchial tubes that lead to the areoli get stuck, and that's what causes you to cough. Anything that does get past that ultimately enters your bloodstream and can have very adverse side-effects that are usually immediate.

Do you have any idea what a capillary even is? They're located under the epidermis, so it's impossible for water to even hit them. And heat is sensed by the corpuscles in the epidermal layer, so if anything, that's what is causing your skin to turn red.

From what I can tell, no. Just do what you want, the only downside is getting dry skin if you do it too much. Hah.

i take ike 3+ showers a day .. like 1 in the morning 1 after work then 1 more after sport and then 1 more in the evening ... and i take even more showers on work days after work and at work ... :D when iam at my cycling club i shower after training ... :/

True enough, but it wouldn't be anywhere near as bad as what Mycobacterium can do to you on regular circumstances. You might get sick, but you won't get Tuberculosis from taking a hot shower. :hmm:

I don't see the need to take 3+ showers.



I take 1 shower a day, if I am going to work or something.


No showers when I plan on . . . sitting infront of the computer all day to play vid games.
