I don't know if I should be really hyped, or not.
I couldn't find any gameplay on Youtube.

And the trailer shows a little bit of a turn based battle.
I'd like to see more than that. Also the website has no information at all.
Not even features.

I think it's still in early development then :/

Yeah I know this one I remember when I had started my interest in mmorpg I tried to play it.
At the time ppl I was bugging make me account said it wasn't that good.

Developed by same company, but we are getting the earlier 2.5D one. Its 2.5D right ? lol.

But really, i had all digivices collected, i will give this game a shot even if it sucks.

The korean version is called Digimon RPG. It used to have a large amount of english players and a english patch. They updated everyweek and had atleast 3 events a month. You can have 5 digimons and you train them from their baby form. catching is only a 2% succes rate, so you actually needed a CS item if you didn't want to wait ages till you catch one xD

starters you can choose from:

renamon
guilmon
terriermon

event digimon I still remember:

Veemon
Impmon

The korean version is at the point that you have armor digivolving and fusion digivolving.

You can get equips by collecting drops and combining stuff. The crests that were used most were braves, cause it increases def, speed and attack. The most used digi egg was Reliability, cause it increased speed and attack.

You train every digimon from their baby form and they evolve on lvl10 and you get your champion digivolution on lvl21, ultimate on lvl31 and mega on lvl41.

I used to play this game xD

@Quakestriker. You can get all the first generation digimon by catching them.

Well even thaught i am a Digimon fan i couldn't like this game ... maybe because i did not understand it but i tried 2 or 3 times and after like zwo weeks i allways stoped playing because the game was insanely boring.

You do know it's part of the game system right? You gather drops and you combine it. to make a +10 brave you need to do this:

brave + brave = brave +1
brave+1 + brave +1 = brave +2

etc.... etc...

You can't even get past lvl26 without braves etc...

It was a fun game but insanely hard.

Well never played the game.. but I think they should be hard to catch. If everything was easy to catch then there wouldnt be like a "YAY FINALLY CAUGHT IT" feeling.. like I had when I got my first legendary bird on pokemon yellow for gameboy.

Dunno what a net is.. but I am guessing a cash shop item? if so.. I dont think it should increase chance much higher than free or it will be gay lol..

Net has 100% catch rate lol. But the normal catch rate shouldn't be easy as **** because everybody would be catching digimon and selling them to NPC for profit.

It's so disappointing to see such a small list of digimon available right now. I could've sworn I read a post by the dev team saying we'd be similar to the KR version as far as tamable digimon go.

I agree. It's not that much fun with such a small selection of Digimon.
Everybody's teams are practically the same. :|

But, then again.. it's still Open Beta, so let's just hope for more Digimon next Test or at Official Release.

Edit; This capture rate is more disappointing. :|
I've been camping at Tokomons for hours. :|

I think the capture rate is ok. Items for improving would be nice, but i played today arrounf 4 hours, catched 3 digimon and also trained them all to rookie level. So i think it's not that bad.
