Eve is amazing. I'd go so far to say it is a better game than WoW -- except for the diverse targeting differences between Eve players and the "other" players.
It's common for Eve players to say "Go back to Wow" because it's such a carebear game :v

1/8 Are Korean mmorpgs, 7/8 are western, Theres alot of others that would make this list such as Maplestory, Flyff.

I agree with a few but not about flyff, pristontales or lineage 2 (for suggestions).
WoW make since, it is a huge player in MMO's and is what could say is going to help almost any MMO that comes out from now till 2020 create it's user base. It introduced the MMORPG world to more then 6 million people and that is why it deserves a spot, however I don't know about long lasting.
I think DAOC should be up there, but it might be to inactive to be considered long lasting, same with Lineage I... but that one as far as I know is still quite active.

Tibia, that game is still going on and has a fairly big amount players still. I even used to play this.
ff11 started 2 or 3 years before wow and still is the best mmorpg, and i don't see it on the list wtf????
