What's so happy about living one less year? I never quite understood that part. I think everyone looks forward to age of consent and age of legal drinking, but getting any older than that is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. "Happy" Birthday.

Get wasted or something, entering the 20's involves quite a fair amount of changes.
