I tried and just kinda gave up. If anyone else is more experienced with time zones, can ya help me out?
Theres a sale this weekend and the site says "10 AM (UK GMT TIME) 4th June - 3pm (UK GMT TIME) 7th June".

It doesn't specify if they are on British Summer Time, so I took (regular) GMT.

Thesame days as you put down. So 5AM on 4th of June and 10AM on 7th of June.

just google 'UK GMT TIME', first link and ur set ^^ thats what i usually do if i need the time of any time zone.
New York/East Coast is five hours behind the U.K.
