You pretty much get all of your armor from quests and stuff until your late 30's (as far as I know). Unless you wanna be pro and buy some expensive ones. Weapons also come from quests, until your 20s.
Exo's are mean, monks are bad ***, crusaders are broken untill the priest patch.

they can can kill in one combo.
