I'd go with Deicide for most horrible MMO.

I choose WoW, not just because i hate it, it is a good game and it kept me occupied for a long time. But WoW set a standard which the most companies try to copy, which pretty much ruined mmo's for me.
Too many choices and not enough people to vote = fail poll.

Have that many people really played Deicide? I assumed I was the only one. I voted for 12sky though. Deicide's a bad game, but I liked the classless system. 12sky is a bare bones piece of crap with no redeeming values.
I noticed there's a lot of votes for Deco. It wasn't THAT bad. It was a crappy game, but no worse than any other bad f2p mmo. Hype backlash lives forever apparently.

Seriously, it took 3 hours just to figure out how to get the damn thing to work. I had to go on the forum and find answers to how to get my client to work right. The translations are down right terrible, the combat is somewhat ok, graphics? I don't care about graphics, but the experience overall is just horrible.
And those who don't feel like paying for a game they don't care for, myself included. Same could be said about many games, WoW is no exception.Quote:

I find it depressing that WoW has more votes than Furcadia.
Putting a casual game like WoW on any hardcore online gaming forum like this is flamebait. WoW is not primarily targetted at this audience, this is a Free MMO hardcore gamer audience. WoW is aimed at a more mid level or casual gamer nowadays. Only a very small % of it's population would be considered what used to be mainstream video game players.
Different games appeal to different demographics, its hard to make a blanket statement that one is horrible.
Half the games on that list are awful, generic, and only exist to milk money out of people in the short run anyways.
If I had to flat out pick a MMO that was just terrible and was not designed to be that way I would choose one of Warrior Epic, Champions Online, and Hellgate London would all be at the top of my list. Those games were all ruined by horrible gameplay. Also some games were awful when they first came out but turned around such as EVE, WAR, and Anarchy Online.
Other games are ruined by their companies and not the game, see Allods, Rohan, etc.
I voted WoW. I voted because the game is bad but not terrible... the reason I hate it is good though... WoW is so so popular... and its not a very good game. Game companies try to steal a bit of WoW's popularity by copying things from it which just makes bad versions of a bad game.Quote:
