I did that on purpose, as a means of facilitating a strange way of speaking, putting more emphasis on the 'or' in the sentence.

That was a simple mistake, pure oversight of something very easy to miss.
Two mistakes, one of which was on purpose in order to help communicate a message, does not say that I am being hypocritical. I would be overjoyed to see you correct any other mistakes I've yet to see.
