Fenix, he doesn't understand english too well because he is from the phillipines, and in his defense he 1. had no idea there were rules 2. Probably didn't even know there was a screenshot thread/what it meant. really. I dont think he didnt know. When you go to this section you can easily see the screenshot thread at the top of the page.
Rules? every forum has rules. Thats normal and i think this guy knows that too but he is just too lazy to look at them. If he goes on he should get a warning..:hmm:
