Oh then umm..join a sport haha, I did wrestling for 2 years, and man did that get me cut. We have the most intense conditioning program, I could say one of the hardest. Don't worry about lifting weights.

Lean/muscular? Then do what i always do, never Lift weights. I mainly do 100 push ups (2-3 reps) every other day. Jogging 30 minutes with 1 lap of sprint for every 10 minutes. For my Lower Body, crunches non stop until it hurts (3 reps) 3-4 times a week. I was a swimmer and we used to do this stuff everyday. I'm not as ripped as i used to be but this stuff will get you lean and muscular without bulking up.
Also Eat!! doing this without proper diet will pretty much ruined it. If you eat less you'll lose weight.
Reading all this i got...if i use proteins..i wont grow so much? Becouse thats quite good for me :hmm: Im realy tall for my age now and i have to stop a little
