Just wondering how much liters you go through a week.
Not that much. I haven't drank soda on a regular basis in years.
The exceptions are when it's spiked with rum/whiskey/whatever or if I'm at someone's house and it's all they have.
I'll usually go for tea, water, or juice.
My drink of choice lately is grape flavored water.
I dislike caffeine (the only caffeine I have is from tea) so I stay away from most colas. Never energy drinks, they make me shakey and puke. Not a fan of Mountain Dew drinks...7up, Sprite, etc...ehhh, I like them alright but they don't taste right unless they are chilled to perfection.
The only soda I really care for and go out of my way to drink is Ginger Ale. Mmmmm <3 Especially on tap at bars...for some reason its just THAT much better, I don't know why.
Started taking it easy on the fizzy drinks, it's pure orange juice or tea for me.
I only drink soda if it's the only thing available. Dunno, just never really liked it.
Depends on what I am eating. If I am eating something like pizza, I will usually grab a soda. If I am eating something like a sandwich, I will just get some water or milk.
Just to give you guys some idea on why I am asking this question.
The reason is I want to survey some of you guys on your soda drinking habit because I heard that Soda contain Aspartame, which to briefly put, is a neurotoxin that can cause Brain cancer.
I don't know about this but hearing about made me stay the **** away from carbonated artificial sweeten drinks.
If you wanna stay away from that, you better start reading the labels on EVERYTHING.
You'd be surprised the variety of things that have it in there.
Only rum. ;)
I'm a fan, though I don't drink it excessively. I don't even have any at my house, so I could only have it when eating out/visiting people who do. I think the max I could have in a week would be like 4 liters.
Chocolate milk, OJ, and Dr. Pepper are my life.
Yeah, soda is not healthy in the least. In fact, I dare say, it's downright unhealthy.
only ginger ale, on hangover days.
otherwise, nope. it's all about tea and water for me.
Not a pop drinker at all. I use it for chase n mix, and sprite with drank, other then that it's water and iced tea for me.
I drink like 1-3 a day
Always Coca Cola.
Well i drink atleast 2-3L water a day, since i work out alot lately.
For dinner i mostly drink sugar-free limonade or apple spritzer

I enjoy muh occasional Coke / Dew / Fanta. Other than that, not really no.
I usually drink water when I'm at computer for example. Hot chocolate or tea in the evenings.
Energy Drinks, loads of times when I have breaks from school and go out with my friends.
Ice Tea, Cold cappuccino.
I've been drinking 5+ cups of Soda daily for multiple years.
I don't drink Soda, but I do have Tonic on occasion with either Gin or Vodka.
Over 9000.
Nah, not really. I usually drink ice tea or something.
Ill have around 15 pints of Dr.Pepper a day if im at home, a lot less if im out and about.
:'(
I drink water everyday, the only caffeine i have is from my pre workout supplements, but when i did drink soda my favorite would have to be Dr. pepper.
I drink like half a can a day. Open, sip and place the rest in the fridge.
About soda giving cancer, its mainly the diet versions. Aspartine does cause cancer but regular soda is fine whereas the Dist ones of an excessive amount.
There was this Mountain Dew once in the super market.
Shit was awesome...
Tasted like sprite, but better, anyone thats Dutch know where I can get it?
I almost always only drink water during meals
The others would be milk, natural juices (Lemonade <3) and the occasional soda every 3 weeks or longer.
