There are tons outside, the most of them suck because they'll throw ads on your homepage. Get a paid one for 10$ a year
Don't know if they changed anything since the time that I used it, but http://www.ucoz.com is awesome.
They should have free and paid ones, (quite cheap), and they are really fast too, and almost no down-time or whatsoever.
