they give you some insane weapons right at lvl 1 that do more dmg than the lvl 30's

After you get nothing what happens? Is there any error messages? Make sure you try ctrl+alt+del and check your processes to make sure it's not running still (when trying to login again).

I don't know much about RF but this could be another problem..?

Did they ever add the planet war expansion?

RF will be dead before they release planetwars.
