This seems more for things like... laghacks(FeZ anyone?), people who decided to come from the foreign servers to stomp noobs(FeZ had people who aimed for this, Japanese players) and last but not least, anyone who doesn't speak English(And doesn't play in their respective server/rooms).

All in all, people aren't being banned for being anywhere except North America, people are being banned for ruining the quality of certain aspects of gameplay because they want to play international instead of playing local.

Make it easier on yourself and others:
If you're Brazilian, make your room called "[NUB] huhauhauha" and for European players, make it more like "[LAG] Non-Americans only!" to differentiate yourselves.

And I mean that in the most humorous way possible. Doing BR, EU, JP, etc is so much easier than torturing everyone with third world internet connections.

Funniest thing is that NA is known to have slow internet speeds compared to countries like Korea and Japan.

Yeah, that's what I've heard as well xD and I sure as heck know that EU doesn't have "third world internet connections" because I'm sitting on a 100/10 broadband right now and paying 30$ a month for it.

yeah, you say that as if korean and japan are what all countries have for internet and NA is just slow.

Thing is Japan, China, Korean all have INSANE internet, which is much better than anything out there. They're in a whole separate playing field, not the average.

I hold them as the standard. Everyone else, including NA, has inferior internet speeds because people refuse to spend the money to upgrade the cables in the ground. Especially not when they're already making money hand over fist with the shitty shit they sell now and millions of people eat up.

edit: and I don't think it's a bad idea that they're banning people. It's become quite the problem if they're actually implementing this. A publisher tries to improve the quality of gameplay and people QQ about it. What the ****? Way to go OGP for trying to give your players a better experience. Too bad you have a bunch of ****ing morons playing your games.

It was a satire piece stating that no one is getting banned for playing, they're getting banned for playing on the wrong servers. Lesson in the end: Don't complain, play your own damn servers.
