Korean DnF, Help with skills

Pretty simple. Accounts that have not been accessed for a long duration will have certain protections in place, an example being the inability to set skills.

You need to unlock your account first before this protection is lifted.

Goblin pad, OPT, showing proof of ownership of account are just some ways to get it lifted. No big deal.
Look on the bright side, it's still possible to play with less than 5 skills.
