Posting material that contains racism isn't necessarily against the rules. It's against the rules when it is targeted at members to offend, or is a highly offensive joke, or is belittling, etc. So posting gifs that make fun of racist stereotypes is against the rules. Posting articles or videos that have racist content and going "Wow, what were the writers of this show thinking when they did this?" is not.
