Interesting review/collection of information.
Though eh I would of liked if they kept the same sort of skill format as in keeping it in a tree form instead of making it more of a list. And I do understand why people prefer ASDA Stories skill system but that system didn't really have classes. Instead it was more of a weapon system were the weapon you wanted to use mostly affected the skills you chose. I like the way they have set up the classes now but it still drives me crazy that they took the trouble to make a healer mage and a support mage and also give all mages a heal skill.
Ridiculous.
ya... i completely understand Im a cleric there (as u probably know or seen me around XD idk) but I cant stand the new skill list but im sure ill get over it eventually :) and ya i dont get why all 3 mage classes got healing... it pretty much destroys the "Healer class"
best review on this forum so far, lol
better than that guy about Prius n his guild pics
probably one of the best player made guides i've seen here, well done :)
Thanks :) I didnt expect this many responses at all... xD I've posted guides and stuff before on other forums but I guess nothing can beat OnRPG.com lol
Thanks again for all the comments if you have any questions or there is anything wrong just tell me and ill try to get online to edit it asap.
(idk if i said but ill be gone for 10 days :) on a big college school trip ) lol
Because healing is the basic form of 'magic'.
That's why all mages will learn it.
Actually in Asda Story the other "Trees" never learned healing as like a required (almost required skill) you had more freedom in making your build how ever you want and while you have it in Asda 2 the amount of skills available in the 1st job is really low so im not suprised other Mage classes got the healing skill. Even though i feel it defeats the purpose of a healer lol
great review but the game...

Oh yeah, CBT ends on the 9th right? So when does OB begin?
I say you just don't want to recognise my opinion.
But yeah, I suppose it's bullshit but I did read it somewhere before that it is the basic form ofr magic.
I say, kill the mages, make a new class call ... Rune Users!
Rune users? They use magic stones? :D
I don't think your opinion is bad or anything I just don't think healing is a basic magic skill that every mage should know. Sorta kills the point of calling one of the mages a Healing Mage. :eye: And the offensive mage is pretty powerful as is....why should it get a healing spell? Cure (remove debuffs or poison) is more of a basic magic skill in my opinion.
Would be more awesome if they added a summoning class or pet class.
A summoning class, hell yeah. But then it better not be a branch off of mages that can spam fireballs or whatever and use a summon at the same time.
I sure want to see rogues in this game.
Very nice review. Too bad asda 1 wAS too grindy for me and i think the second one will do soo too.
OBT is being released on May 19th :)
