Why do people dislike the new shop so much? I love it and think it's so much greater then the old shop and hopefully they don't change it back.

I play LoL a lot...Garena is offering F2P HoN too. Are the heroes like dota ones or do I have to learn them from scratch again?

It's not a problem. It's a problem of your own not the games. You have all the possibility to leave the room and create your own pub game and check each player who joins and either kick him or keep him. Or simply jump from pub to pub till you see a balanced one.
