Long Time, No See

Well, hello active Game Dev Sectioners,

Its been a long time since I have been active on this side of OnRPG. I've been reading General and the Lounge for too long. Well, I started my final project for AP Computer Science yesterday and so far its been going well. So far its just a small chat program called Dump Truck. Nothing special. Its been fun though. Its taught me a lot about threads and networking. Today I finally got it working.

So for now I have a basic chat server programmed in Java. Tomorrow I am going to start adding an actual login system, an administration/moderation system and flood detection. After that is all complete, my plan is to build a basic client and experiment with P2P networking.

Also, as a side note: How is everyone around here? Any of the old regulars still active around here?

As for the status of the old regulars; it's mainly just me. Occasionally Darkhell posts, but beyond that, there's really not a whole lot going on.
