Yes, its hosted in Europe and has support for 3 languages. English, French and, Romanian. :)

It is the same game as Solstice Reborn, however different in game content. Meaning items, quests, and locations can potentially be different.

Edit: Also, hosting is different, so different events will be held and different pricing for cash items.
