Might be their first p2p game :P
Again with this ? >.<
I bet you said that again just because its not gonna happen maybe ?
Just like diablo 3 last year XD
Game really looks good , hope its something like DND bun not so much instaced >.<
And cinder , i saw you put a new game on your site but no info about it , its on the right under the CB registration tab "The Chosen" can you post some info about it on your blog ? i cant find it anywhere ...
I think it was intended to be B2P, guess it should still be...but since PWE is new in the picture I wouldnt rule out B2P + cash shop or even freemium
dont get your hopes too high, that just looked like a cinematic with zero actual gameplay....Cryptic is well known for using the same fugly engine in all their games
Holy jellybeans, just the names brings back five years of dedicated roleplaying in Neverwinter Nights.
Pah, got me all hot and bothered >.>...
"Eurogamer: Is this a follow-up to BioWare's Neverwinter Nights? Or is it something different?
Jack Emmert: Yes, it is certainly a sequel to Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2. The biggest difference is the setting: Fourth Edition D&D and Fourth Edition Forgotten Realms. In the pen and paper world, the clock has moved forward by over a century, so a lot of the people from the previous products have passed away, have changed.
Certainly we have plenty of Easter Eggs that refer back that game. Neverwinter is a completely different place to what it was: it's been totally destroyed. Some people are trying to rebuild it, and that's really where the player comes in, discovering how Neverwinter came to be like this and who lurks in the ruins, attempting to take advantage of the fall of Neverwinter."

I'm actually wondering whats going on with PWE and this since Atari is promoting it at E3 and are promoting the site. Isn't it no longer theirs? Why do they have anything to do with this anymore?
I wonder if they will follow the modified AD&D rule set that Neverwinter Nights was based upon, or turn it into a bastardized theme park mmo.
It's a CORPG so think something along the lines of Guild Wars or DDO.
cool this game look more cool
i bet this game be point and click like all there other neverwinter games
Same here, I'm hoping PWE doesnt mess this up, espiecally after Neverwinter Nights 2, great set of D&D rules and all but multiplayer options were limited at best unlike Neverwinter Nights 1. If they have an updated the Aurora toolset from the first one, then it should be awesome regardless just as long as its not F2P, god help them if the make Neverwinter a F2P with cashshop. Dont care if its B2P or P2P but other unessecary crap doesnt need to be thrown in an amazing game just to make a quick buck, if I could tell them what to model it after I'd simply say "Take Neverwinter Nights 1, copy all of its features and multiplayer customization, improve its graphics a good 10-20 times and make a new story." Not too sure about fourth edition D&D yet either though, but combined with forgotten realms fourth? Maybe, maybe.
