Device Manager displays a list of all devices installed on a Microsoft Windows XP. When you view the device information in Device Manager, you may find that a device is listed as Unknown Device next to a yellow question mark. The indications are few, it can be difficult to determine the cause of the problem.

Do you know which GPU and Audio you have? Typically, windows says unknown device when the devices don't have the drivers installed.

GPU is your graphics card.
What I meant with audio is which chipset it is, so I can link you the corresponding drivers.
-

AsusSetup
maybe will this help
RealTek Audio Driver?
i also have a support CD but isnt working....

Now we're getting somewhere.
I presume that this is your motherboard, right?
If so, this should be the working driver for the audio.
In order to know your GPU, try GPU-Z.

actully can i know how i look at my video Card?
found my probleme coz i dont have a graphique card....

If you don't have a GPU, you're most likely running off the onboard GPU. Try this.
If that doesn't work, I have no clue.
-
yeah i dont have that problem anymore but is it the only one i can download ?
thank you btw :)
-
Do you mean the driver? (I feel confused somehow. :|)
Safety-wise, yes. It's onboard, so the motherboard manufacturer will always have a working driver.
This doesn't mean it's the only place where you can download those drivers. Intel's website will also offer you working drivers.
