ive patched everything up to a point, shes saying I love you again.

The funny part is monogamy is not in nearly any animals nature including our own, divorce rates are hilariously high, and so, so many people cheat. Yet it's still considered to be such a gigantic 'fuck you' to whoever does it.

I'm not saying "hey, lets all cheat behind backs and crush the emotions of our significant other". To me though, a good relationship is one where the primary focus is with your partner, but with some open boundaries which both are aware of. Being allowed to bang another person on rare (I'm talkin rare) occasion can actually do a lot of good in a relationship if it's handled maturely.

That's the whole point of a relationship, being with a person and that person alone. You're serious, you don't know what makes you a douchebag? The fact you cheated. That girl deserves better and you don't deserve her. Why? Because if you actually liked that girl, you wouldn't shit around. As much as I love my girlfriend and I do, bottom of my heart I do if I found out she even kissed another guy, I won't go as far as sex I'd dump her and not only that plan a revenge AND she'd turn from the person I care about the most to the most I hate. Because that's what love does, it ****ing messes you up. And the fact she didn't do those things it's because she doesn't care enough for you, she's using you for some other reason and that's obvious.

PS: Elion, people that want out of monogamy do something called 'breaking up'. As much as it hurts, atleast it's still better than "Hey babe, I love you and all but I want to bang that one other guy over there. I'll be back later bb kisses xxx". If I ever want out of my relationship for sex with another than my significant half I will get out of it, maybe it's just my nature but the hottest girl in the world could be seducing the shit out of me that I wouldn't do it, it's great I have a girlfriend who feels about this the same way as strongly as I do. Besides, what's sex without love anyway? It's just some dirty sweaty sex with a stranger who's been inside who knows who and has who knows what.

I mean, my girlfriend was mad at me for two whole days for the stupid reason I went to check if there were any Bon Jovi tickets left before asking her if she'd like to come to a concert she'd spend 50 euros and wouldn't care about but was appealing to me, and since I wanted to go it was important to her to come along and be present in my life and my interests and she got very upset I didn't tell her before even doing anything.
