Runescape has a pretty list of rules that might help you. Its called the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Take a break from the computer; read a book, watch a movie.
Exercise at least once a week.
Remember it is just a game.
When eating, take a break from the computer - it'll still be there when you come back.
Don't ignore your real life friends, meet up with them on a regular basis.
Work, or study matters; don't let playing a game stop you doing well in your studies or at work.
Try to not think about WoW and play some other game. Do something else that won't make you think about WoW because WoW is like e-crack :(

Man 220 hours a week?! Thats imposible a week only has 168 hours in it! Are you sure your not taking RL crack or smoking pot?

Anyway man really what do you do because not even WoW(I dont like it but...) can keep you really entertained that much. Do you just grind(if not max lvl)alot or are you an avid farmer? or do you do those dungeons I here about that last hours and hours? or do you just log on sit down and start talkin like if it was a msn with graphics!!!!!!!!!!!
If you do the last I will smack you! MMORPG should not be treated as msn with graphic while im alive!
