I don't watch a lot of anime, but I do watch a fair amount of foreign films. subs ftw.
the only time I've thought a dub was really good so far is Princess Mononoke I guess. and the dubbed dialogue for that film was written by Neil Gaiman <3.
usually, when a dubbed version even exists, though, it's dreadful.
I remember for instance, one time I tried to play Assassin's creed II in Italian because it seemed like it might be interesting. the Italian voice actors just weren't very good though, so I switched it back.

I don't watch a lot of anime; but when I do, I prefer both ways.
I don't mind either way, but it depends on the quality in question. If the english is TERRIBLE, then I'll probably stick to subtitles, otherwise if the english is good I'll watch that version.
I'm not the type of person who says OH MY GOD ENGLISH IS THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO THE WORLD AND JAPANESE IS THE BEST THING EVER! ANY AND ALL ANIMATION SHOULD BE IN THE SUPERIOR LANGUAGE OF JAPANESE!
-
It has to be subbed, I think it's blasphemous to watch something that's not in it's original language (dubbed). I also think you lose a lot of emotional context when changing out the voices, especially when going from any asian dialect to an english one.

Dubbed animes can pretty much look the same since its just a mouth moving on a piece of paper. But when watching non animated films in a different languages it all off.
-
Subs all the way. Dubs are just gey XD
Except for Pokemon. For some reason i prefer the dubbed.
-
I can't stand dubs ever since I was little, so subs for me. :x
-
simple answer...It depends on the Dub. Dub is always better than Sub IF the Dub is good and not shitty.
Good example: Naruto - Japanese Dub sounds great but the Ger Dub
sucks so fu cking hard. You will start raging if you lisnt to this shi t :D
I use Sub if the Dub sucks and Dub if they did a good job
but most of the time I use sub cause the Dub often sucks ^^

Subbed. Dubbing in anime is horrible. Only dubs I could ever watch:
Dragon Ball Z
Cowboy Bebop
Code Geass
Death Note
-
Subbed. Most of the times the voices used in the dubs don't really match the characters they are portraying.
-
I can't watch the sub version of DBZ.
Over 9000 ain't the same bro.

If I'm lazy and don't feel like reading, then I'll watch the dubbed version. Otherwise, I prefer subtitles.
