Seriously, 360 controller is going to give you a lot more success in the long run. Just get used to it and feel for it; even I was a bit confused when I used a logitec dual action controller originally.

PS3 Controller.
I'm not really sure why the company (Powerwave Accessories) stopped producing the controller I use (Wired PC controller, they only made one such accessory). I suspect it's because the product was released in ~2005 and either the manufacturer wants to overhaul the product, or they consider it too outdated to continue production and have exhausted their existing supply. Whatever the case, there doesn't appear to be a suitable replacement or substitute of any brand available in local stores, meaning I'll probably have to order one online; hence why I am asking here about similar products.
I'm afraid it won't. The game I've been playing requires the use of 9 push buttons, 2 analogue sticks, and a D-pad. For comfort, two of these buttons need to be located as the triggers of the controller, as they need to be held to make use of various gameplay features, without negatively impacting on my ability to simultaneously use the other inputs. The Xbox360 controller's use of analogue triggers means that its triggers are useless for this purpose, and the LB/RB buttons are too high on the shoulder for comfortable use. Seriously, half the time I try to use those buttons, the controller slips out of my hands; not convenient when playing a fast-paced game, and not something I can 'get used to'.
Can't tell if trolling or just too lazy to read the OP.
I could be wrong, but can't you just rig up an OG xbox controller to work with a PC?
Edit: Yup, its not very involved either.
