You don't need a brain to grow organs. Also stem cells have the potential to solve most of the problems people have that would require organ or tissue transplant.
I'd do it, although stem cells pretty much already have us covered in that regard as they can replicate any cell in our body.
AH, I just thought of something even cooler. What if they could grow a twin to you, an exact twin. Like, from your umbilical cord or something equally as gross. But, they kept the twin in a state of hypersleep your entire life, just to get organs from him.

I think I watched something a while ago where it was liek...they were able to print blood vessels 3D printing that is...and yeah...pretty sure organs would have been next. Though its not like it'll be finished anytime soon.
