Ghost Soul Help

I wanna be a Assasin on Ghost Soul, but I keep doing something wrong. Heres a guide a followed on how to become a assasin.

Hello to all people who are wanting to be a assassin job
I'm gonna teach everything u need to be a assassin
First off We have to be level 10 after that
we go to the Assassin master which is located here:
U find it on that map its easy to find it look at the minimap and walk u'll eventually see japanese characters which is the npc for assassin jobchanger
Now we go to talk to the assassin job changer after that she gives you a quest
which most ppl have problems with because its written in japanese ( duh )
Now what to do is we have to collect 20 ropes and 10 scorpion tails
the ropes are dropped from the moving stones
When your done get back to the Assassin master (shown on the pic )
after that u have to get 10 red hands shown on this picture:

BUT !!! you dont have to give it to the assassin master u have to give it to another person which is shown on this picture :
and after that return to the assassin master to be a assassin!
Congratulations ! Your an assassin
Im sorry if im not accuraced enough
my english isnt that good hehe and i dont know japanese i asked a japanese friend and he told me all this after i was a assassin i tought i had to make a guide cuz its hard to figure out yourself , for the other classes im not sure what to do but i think its the same quest

I followed all the directions (Except the Assasin Directions) And I still can't become a assasin, When I talk to the assasin, she dosen't give a quest or anything, im level 10 and collect 10 scorpion tails and the 20 rope. When I try to talk to the assasin, she says the same thing. Any help?
