It's actually said that chocolate is sorta good for you in some ways...just not alot of it.
I feel as if alot of things in life is more of a balance thing. Not getting enough of it isn't all that great, getting some is good, but it gets bad when you take too much of it and when people take it too far or use it as an outlet for bad things.

Most drugs are awful for you, body wise because they eat away at your body..
Besides that one grassy drug.
It mainly comes down to self control imo.
You have to be able to not let sex, drugs, or alcohol rule your life.
Indulging in them from time to time won't kill you.
